How do I purchase CocoClear Coconut Oil?

You can buy CocoClear on our website under SHOP CocoClear. Placing your order with us is easy and secure. Just select the CocoClear products that you wish to order and click “Add to Cart”.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free within North America (Canada/US) on all orders over $40. There will be a flat shipping rate of $5 applied to orders below $40.

How many days will shipping take?

We strive to ship your order the very next day. For US & Canada, you can expect to receive your order in 4-7 business days.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express. If you have a PayPal account, you can make a payment with your PayPal balance or from your bank account. All of your information is kept confidential and we do not share your personal information with anyone.

Is my information secure?

Your credit card information is secure and safely stored by the payment gateway system.

Was I Charged Twice?

Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships.

If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing address. What’s going on?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

How can I track my order?

When your order is despatched from the CocoClear warehouse, we'll send you an email, which will contain a tracking number and a link to our courier’s website. This will tell you the current status of your delivery.

Do I need a Paypal account to place an order?

No. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase our products. You can pay with any major credit card and we assure you our payment methods are reliable, safe, and easy! All of your information is kept confidential and we do not share your personal information with anyone. Your credit card information is secure and safely stored by the payment gateway system.

I Have A Store Credit. How Do I Use It?

  1. First, sign into your CocoClear account.
  2. You should see the store credit on the "My Account" page.
  3. Upon checkout, the store credit will automatically be deducted from your order total.
  4. If you do not use the entire store credit, the remainder will go back into your CocoClear account to be used on future purchases.
  5. All store credits are valid for one year from the date issued.

I Received A CocoClear Gift Card. How Do I Use it?

  1. Under the Payment section during checkout, click the “Use A Gift Card” button.
  2. Enter your gift card number and PIN (if you have one).
  3. Click “Apply Gift Card”.
  4. The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total.

Are CocoClear products organic?

Yes! Absolutely! We couldn’t imagine telling you that our products will improve your health if they are reaped with toxic pesticides! We pride ourselves on using the highest quality natural coconuts that are certified organic. Our coconut oil is unprocessed, unrefined, non-bleached, and non-deodorized. There are absolutely no chemicals during the extraction process.

Where is CocoClear sourced from?

The coconut oil changes between liquid and solid. Does this harm the oil?

Coconut oil will have a snow like white appearance when the temperature is below 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Above this, it is normal for the coconut oil to melt and it should be a crystal clear color, much like water.

When do CocoClear products expire?

CocoClear has a long shelf life due to the unique special process that is used to extract the oil. Since our products have a very low moisture content, they will last much longer than refined, expeller pressed coconut oils. Please check the packaging for the expiry date on your products. No refrigeration is necessary. 

What is the return policy?

We stand behind our products 100% and ensure that you will receive the highest quality coconut oil on the market. In the event that you wish to return your order, we offer returns within 30 days of your order date only on goods that are unused and factory sealed in their original packaging. If you received the wrong order or believe your items are damaged, please contact us immediately. We will replace unopened goods if they were damaged during shipment. If it’s our error, we'll also pay the return shipping costs. Photo proof is required.
